Exercise Type: Run

I figured running with someone might be nicer the first run back, so that I can keep myself in check and not run for hours in case of a good result. In case of a bad result, it would be good to be with someone too so I dont try to completely push through something that obviously wasnt right, if it wasnt right. So I went to Chloes house and we went from there.

Went down the hill, not sure the name of the street but kind of parallels Mass Ave or meets up with it at least. I was quite excited to be back running, so started out pretty quick, then realized if I kept going this fast on the rolling hills, its bound to flare so eased up the pace a bit. Once we hit Mass and started going up, legs felt a bit sleepy but nothing straining, painful, just heavy because of the time away i guess. Chloe started feeling a bit light headed once we turned on 34th, so we walked to the track then proceded to do 6 laps there. Nothing hurt. Knocking on wood because its just the first day and it was light, and probably should have cut it at 15-20 but didnt because it felt ok.

Wasnt dying like i thought I would on first run back in the could. The only time i physically felt a bit tird was a the top of Mass hill, but thats to be expected.

strength work on the field and cooldown back to her house. overall good result and good run. not expecting any breakout or back to the shape i was in before to happen soon but content with my postition now. long entry for such a short run.
