Comments:
long day, race day, felt prepared...
started at rac and jogged with glassman, went to the underside of campus after I got my numbers, ran through quad to poplar, than took the inner loop back to the rac.

Stretchedd changed dynamic stuff but not a lot of drills
some strides, felt good and ready to race..
gun goes off and its me and glassman, we were pretty unsure of the course, there wasnt really anyone directing us...
up the inner loop and a sharp turn to get over to the other side, ran and turned at the first stop sign... dohh...
went through first mile at 6:00 ish, felt fine me glassman 1-2 controlling the pace trying to stay controlled, run on the road when we get to the hill and people just started falling off us, ended up being me him and Zach Klenk, started to tie up but that hill was so long, .7 miles....
Zach pulled ahead and ran away from us on the top of the loop
me and glassman worked back together and he caught Zach on the down hill, I didnt kick and ended up running 18:28 for about 3 miles

2k went well the last 800 meters sucked balls up the hill
the next 1k was down hill and went fine
last 800 was uphill, was hard but I knew I was done so it went well.
