First day of indoor track, very hard workout

we got out onto the track at about 4:40 and it was getting dark and pretty cold. i wore my five fingers today, and they felt good. calves a little sore, but in a good way. during the workout, i tried to stay with the top group but my breathing was really bad today, not just at practice. also, i kept losing my form at the end of the 400s because my breathing was way off.
