Exercise Type: Weights

after biking, i did the middle distance weight workout that we got a few weeks ago. day one. by the schedule, it was the last week, but it's my first week of actually lifting. i'm actually kind of bad at lifting. my form's bad, so my back hurt the next day, and my shoulders some too. it's hard to tell if i'm sore because of the lifting or the bad form. i'll work on it though.
stretched and pick 8 abs after.
