Easy run

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
3 miles on the treadmill. I could feel my glutes while running, so I think that's a good sign that my form was good and that I was pulling back with each step. Again, I didn't feel my hips. My calves felt a little more tight than yesterday, but I did part of the workout in spikes, so that makes sense. Plus, they should be a little sore if I'm running the right way.
