Another tiring day, good thing im allowed to skip the first 2 meets of the year to get fixed up and ready to roll again. 2x4x400 with 2 minute rest between. Held a pretty good clip, but performace started to decline after a while. Hopefully i can recover soon. 13,7,7,7,8,7,10,10
