Felt really good today for once. Warmed up nicely and then got to work on the 4 miles continuous. First mile was supposed to be easy, the next 2 pushing it, then the fourth mile slightly less again. 1st mile was 6:00, 2mile mark at 11:48, 3mile at 17:15, then finished in 23:07. Finished the runathon with a 1.5 mile cool down. Splits= 6:00,548,527,552
