Comments:
Met Staci and Terri at Terri's work. Did the Daviess Street loop. Lots of cars. Frederica was down right dangerous with cars pulling out of stores. We got on Daviess and started our tempo. 2 warm up, 2 tempo, 1.75 cool down. 2 miles in 8:00 was hard for me.
