Comments:
3 times a mile with the team was great. I was frustrated because many were not there, but most did talk to me. Those who were there ran great. I think everyone was still recovering from wednesday a bit. I ran hard and had the best workout i have had in a long time. 448, 445, 443 for the miles. I'm happy about that one. I kept feeling worse and worse, but kept focusing on my turnover and staying on my toes and the workout was great. Afterwork I ran 6.5 miles on my own, so with a one mile warmup that helped me hit my quota for the week. I'm excited for district, it's the beginning of some great stuff. Let the hard work pay off!
