Comments:
3 laps, some stretching things that really helped stretched out my calves, then did some jumps, 6 300's 'everything thing you got, but controlled' i think I did alright. I really wanna get faster >.<. I'm glad that I didn't quit and got to finish the workout. Now gotta work on not slowing down so much.
