Comments:
as i had planned, i swam today. i've been trying to increase the distances, and it's been going successfully. i was feeling good today, so i decided upon this workout:
200, 400, 600, 600, 400, 200
the first 200 was kind of a warm up, but i usually don't get into longer distances so quickly, and i've never done two consecutive 600s
i cooled down for 50m, then headed upstairs. it felt like i was about to cramp up in my calves and feet, and my forearms were really sore too. it was a weird feeling.
i did hurdle drills, then stretched for a bit, then attempted to do the day2 mid distance lift. i got halfway through, and i couldn't do any more. my arms were so tired i couldn't do any quality lifting.
rhr: it's been high lately, but i think i caught it too late. i didn't take vitamin c diligently, so i guess i'll just have to make it through a little cold.
