Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
4 laps easy, 3rd lap hard. Did some more stretches, then sprints. Felt slow -_______-.. Then everyone took their turn sprinting so we could see, I felt ok there and then I couldn't slow down as fast I could. I wish there was more time before season. 3 laps cooldown and the middle one hard, I way slowdown for the last one. No me gusta
