so great to be running again, thought I was doing a short distance until Anthony told me to make it even shorter..which at first w s dissapointing but then turned out sweet because its like a challenge to build up pace first then increase distance...wasnt feeling great at all on the way to bk, knees were really acting up(I was worried they would.) Overall stiff and had to re get into the standard motions. After the BK hill, it was most likely mental, but since I charged up it I was feeling great once I cought my breath and ran faster....It was colddddd...even with gloves a hat and a sweater I was still freezing, which is even more of a motivation to get my runs in before dark...Overall ready to be back and go. Excited for this season...got alot of harassment for not doing winter track, but its all good..
PS: I need to write shorter posts..
