worked out in the morning with pannulla and colin, did 15 warm up than 1000 (5:30 pace) 200 jog 800 (5:20 pace) 200, 600 (5:10 pace), 200, 400 (5:00 pace) 200, 200 (4:50 pace) 600 off than 1000, 200, 800, 200, 600, 200, 600 than 15 min cool down, really cold. went on pace for the first half than second half picked up.
