Wanted to aim for 20mins. Started a little faster but ankle felt strain and legs tired after 50m.
Probably because didn;t stretch.
Run was surprisingly tiring till 2 - 3 km later when legs start to feel better.
2.3km before finish started to attempt longer strides.
Not bad, could last on and off till 300m before end which was sprinted but legs couldn't connnect with the ground properlt. Felt slippery
