A little run on the beautiful lake in Queenstown, I am ready in a few weeks to get a routine going, the one thing at the end of a trip I always yearn for... it will be time for a winter full of high mountain skiing. I have decided that I want to focus more on power and explosiveness this year, so my longest run will be a half marathon, unless someone cons me in to more. I think thats what was missing last year and is my natural strength, need to reactivate the fast twitch muscle fibers from within, shorter and faster, but I will need to start hitting it heavy when I have more than 2 shirts to sweat in. Looking forward to getting back on the horse and kicking myself in the ass daily, but just hiking in the mountains does not cut it. Sweat it out....oh yeah the weather is really nice too. Its the final countdown
