Comments:
Swimming was fun and a great workout. It was especially good because I got 2 hours of sleep the night before and didn't feel like running. I did half aquajogging and half swimming. I can hold my breath for almost 4 strokes now... its nice to feel in shape. God is so worthy of praise. My achilles are tight and I keep stretching them.
