8x400 at 80 sec with 1 min rest in between.

Went out a little fast for the first few which probably wasn't the best idea for this workout but I had been sitting and studying all day and just wanted to move. Felt good for the first three and then my legs started to get tired. By the end of the seventh one my feet started burning/blistering so I wasn't going to do the eighth one. Kaitlin was struggling also so I decided to do as much as I could in flats with her for the eighth one. I couldn't run on my toes for the second lap so I slowed down quite a bit.
This is the best workout I've had for a week or so because of my cold. Hopefully it keeps getting better from here.
