1. 8.81 miles: Veale to Murray Hill, E123rd to Euclid into and all over Lakeview Cemetery, back out, back E123rd to Mayfield (with Bobby Voigt, Wyatt), up Mayfield to Coventry to Euclid Heights back to Veale (with Wyatt)
2. 1.82 miles: to Ugly Statue and back (alone)-

My ankle felt fine after lots of icing. We talked about all the older guys past and present and how they affected the team. The wind was a lot better today and I wore my slipper socks on my hands so they didn't get cold.
