Comments:
The warmup was a short cardillo outside (it was freezing) and the cooldown was almost 8 minutes around the school. Basically we did 18 intervals in 11 seconds, and each was approximately 75 meters, then we got to jog back the long way. All of this was done indoors in the commons, so it was certainly interesting.
