Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warm up 5 laps = 2500m
10 x 60m sprint form drills over cones with 60m plyos back to start = 600m
Plyometrics (plyos) step-over lunges, high knee full extend, high knee extreme vert, weed pickers, fast feet - 10 meters each
1 lap easy = 500m
3 x core circuit: sit-ups, push-ups, 150m jog, high knee step-ups - 40 seconds each
1 lap easy = 500m
30 seconds fast bench taps x 3
pull-ups
Cool Down - 5 laps easy = 2500m
Total Distance - 7050m = 4.4 miles
