Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 33 cold

Comments:
jog over there, stand in the cold a little, some jogging to stay loose. then 8 minutes of running the hill - ran the full thing 6 times (jogging back down), then another half hill to meet anthony at the top. stood around for awhile, talked, got cold, then another 3 minutes. did it 3 times.
legs were like jello at the end so i know i did a good job. frustrating that i didn't seem to be able to run fast, but at least i was consistent. i know this will benefit me later on :)
then jog for like 10 minutes along wisconsin.
