Comments:
ran the mile in the middle of the pent. i didn't feel great. i went out with chris, carter and grogan, but they were just going too fast. they dropped me around 400m in and i ran the rest of the race alone. i finished ok, but kicked late. both my calves were knotted up pretty badly after the race.
