90 second pace for high reps and 40 sec for 200s between, 1 min rest before 200 and 3 minutes afterward
Pretty good workout picked a slower pace rather than not be able to finish the workout. Ran pretty even splits for most of the reps but still need to work on pacing myself on the track. Wore flats to try and minimize blistering and was able to run all the reps.
