cold bike ride

Weather: high 40's

Comments:
Right toe is feeling well enough to go out for a bike ride to keep my legs in shape. warmed up after 2 or 3 miles. legs were burning the first 4 miles but after that I got used to the burn. ride back was a little bit faster, about 30 seconds worth. legs were pushed to the point of exhaustion on the way back, glad I could push myself that far.
