got in my long run for the week with tim and chris kelly. chris and i were talking about it the night before, and realized that we were going to run ten miles on the tenth of 2010 starting at 10:10. we didn't end up actually starting at 10:10, but it was a good run anyways. it felt like we were going a little fast, especially on the way back, but i felt strong. my feet were hurting a little bit towards the end though. did abs and stretched after, then played like two hours of soccer. it was exhausting.
