Exercise Type: Weights

A friend from wrestling did the plate workout on me. Basically a lot of different exercises with a plate from the benching machine. Do everything for 16 reps. Sprint a lap with your plate. 14 reps. 2 laps w/o plate. 12 reps. 2 laps with plate. And then this pyramid lifting thing where you go progressively from 5-4-3-2-1 pound weights (harder than sound)
Ouch.
Planning on doing it 3 times a week.
After I ran a 6:40 mile on the treadmill (I hate those machines)
