Comments:
4 mile warm-up(10 minutes at tempo), 16x200m hard followed by 200m recovery jog. Warm-up felt like hell, but managed to be hitting 33's on most of the 200's with a couple 34's thrown in and felt good. 3 mile cool-down with Reubens.
