easy swim and hurdle drills

2x (100 kick, 200 swim)
1x 400 swim
2x (100 kick, 200 swim)
100 cool down
it felt pretty good, i haven't swam since my week off, so it was a little harder.
after swimming, ben and i went through the hurdle drills again. i think i've got them down, but i'll try to do them by myself tuesday. stretching, abs and hips after.
