blown away

it's soooo windy! tim and i ran down mlk from veale straight into the wind. it got even worse when we got to the lake, and i felt like i was going to be blown over. around the first bridge next to the lake, there were weird ice formations from the waves i guess with dead fish frozen inside. i slipped on the ice because it was no longer even, so we decided not to go out to the 3-mile mark and ran through part of the coast guard park instead. on the way back it wasn't as windy. tim and i had a good conversation about steeplechase. i'm getting excited about it.
when we got back, i did the complete set of hurdle drills by myself, and i was satisfied that i knew what each drill was. stretched, abs-pick8 x40, and hips x15, more stretching.
