God I hate these. Today we did three sets of 6 (grouped together as one interval because I'm lazy), and in between each set we did "up-downs" which is running up and down the stairs 6 times. Not fun.

Warmup was Stopsign and back, and cooldown was 8 minutes ofrunning inside.
