Comments:
Very cold this morning, almost too cold to run. Cut the workout short because i was losing feeling of my limps. 12 degree wind chill is no fun. Supposed to be 10x350 with 50m walk between. Changed it to 5x300 with no walk, just steady moderate pace because the cold prevented me from feeling my speed.
