Comments:
Ran about 2 mile w/u partly on golf course easy. Mustin, Perimeter, went 5:57, 5:58, 5:59 w/ 1 min rests. last one harder than first due to cramp/stitch in right rib, but focused on form and staying relaxed. first one not bad, second one ok, third so-so but felt it. right calf a little sore going into warmup, lower inner right shin sore during and after.
