Comments:
Felt incredibly tight the entire workout, then i remembered, didn't have time to stretch before the workout, and i didn't stretch after yesterday's run because all i wanted to do was drink hot chocolate right away. I think it might already be time to start busting out tights, because my legs were literally completely numb on the last tempo, and that didn't do much to make the interval easy.

4:50mi, 5:23, 3:41, 5:07, 2:25 (pthhhhhhhh, totally sucked ass on that one) 5:19, 67, 5:09. Really quite amazed with my lack of turnover, pretty much everything on the track was the same pace no matter the distance. The tightness definitely played a roll in that, but i've been feeling the same way in the last two miles of races, so i need to figure out something to fix that. 3mi cooldown and 2mi warmup.
