Weather: chilly, but i still took off my shirt

Comments:
1.5 mile run

workout- 3 miles
1 mile threshold/interval/whatever

8x200s at 34-37 pace but they ended up all being around 34 pace. 100 meter walk/100 meter jog and then another 200.
Another mile
5:09 pace

felt pretty good especially since my pr back in hs was 5:11 pace. although rett kind of pissed me off by surging in the 1st mile so that he would get ahead of me right before the turns and then he would slow down. the after he started to sprint with 50 left to go. pissed me off, he has some sort of superiority complex within him and he rly shouldnt. sure he has been beating me in races, but ive been crushing him in all the workouts.

30 min cooldown to the course and back with sam and graham. around 3.5 miles
