Today was a return to the track. My Garmin doesn't work that well indoors. I knew that from the beginning but the splits were kind of confusing. I ran 8 times 1/4mile with full rests and 1/2 mile warm up/down. As close as I can tell, I think I ran 2:06-2:11 and around 3 minute rests. Still it was a great effort and I feel that the work out went very well. Also I weighed in at 211lbs at Lifestyles!
