Comments:
The workout was going pretty well today until my calves starting acting up. First it was my left one, then my right, then both. I tried to stretch them out but it was killing me to run on the pavement. Only got halfway up the ladder before we had to quit cause the temp. dropped and the school wasnt open to run in.
