This workout just kills me. The leg work stays with me for about 3 days. 80 pull-ups (in total); 72 regular, 8 with chair (sets of 10 per excercise; palms-in extension instead of flip-grips). One of these days I'm going to give the kids wall squats as their punishment instead of timeouts.
