Comments:
after the workout with ernest, i was pretty exhausted, but i knew i had to get in an easy run to meet my mileage goal, so i still went out right after i got back home. i haven't really run easy since i got home, so it was nice to run over 7minute pace. i ran from home down evans until it dead-ends, then back up the way i'd finish my eight-,miler. i anticipated between 5 and 5.5, but i still wanted to map it. i was pretty much coasting the whole way, but i decided that i'd push the last half mile, which is mostly uphill and i ran about a 3:06ish. felt good but i'm tired.
had a good stretch, did some more hurdle drills- found room for the hurdle seat rollovers in my basement. then pick 6abs x40. also hips x15
