Ran the 3200 indoors. 16 laps around a 200 meter no bank track. I was in the fast heat, went out too fast, 36 for first lap. Hit the mile slower than what I wanted, 5:24, and finished even slower. Not the race I had in mind but it was good prep I guess. 12th overall.
