Comments:
Set out for a 2 hr run and was limping and really painful the whole way so turned around and hobbled home. It's really frustrating. My right shin now hurts and my left piriformis, IT band, whatever kills. I skied today which may have made things worse but i'm sure it's the workout yesterday. It's really frustrating not being able to really train the way I want. I was angry and looking for a fight the whole hobble home.
