today was not as bad as saturday. after the treadmill warmup, i started with mountain climbers while attached to a resistance rope, 25 each leg. then 25 leg kicks with the resistance band each leg. then we went out side and ernest had me backpedal with the resistance band around my waist and the other end tied to him until he said 'explode' after which i would take off into a sprint. x4 or 5. we did that whole set through 3 or 4 times.
then it was one leg box step-up jumps with 2-25lb dumbbells x10 each leg, alternating with 3 or 4 min treadmill high knees at 7:30 pace with a 10 degree incline. i think we went through that 3 or 4 times.
finally, we used ropes hanging from the ceiling to a press-up. i used a box to jump higher, alternating legs x10 each time. 3x each leg.
