Easy with my brother

Ran with my brother after his drivers Ed lesson. I ran up to the fitness center, ran 6 with him, did another 2 by myself, then a mile of 200 on 200 off strides, lift, and then a mile home. The miles with my brother were probably around 7:30 pace the rest was probably more like 6:30. My legs were kinda tired from the hills at bedford yesterday so it was nice to just run easy with Matt.
