worked out today at belmont. Did a 20 min warm up and started at the bottom of triangle. than did 10 min steady 5 min 10 steady 5 off 5 steady than 15 min cool down. went triangle nursery triagnle parachute triangle nursery, triangle, parachute...etc, stayed with crits and mallon and pannulla most of the way
