Weather: 58 nice, 10am, slight breeze

Comments:
Ran two miles easy w/u, right into repeats. golf course to perimeter road. 3x1mi w/1min recovery. 5:58, 5:55, 5:54. Felt more in control on second and third intervals than last week. still got a little side cramp in right ribs second half of third repeat. Left hip sore at joint a while cooling down. shins felt pretty good, one little twing in right lower/mid-inner at one point but that was it.
