Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Coyote Hills levee. No watch on this run (because I forgot it). Had to go by 'feel.' Really sore from gym workout last night. Nonetheless - warmed up approx. 4 miles, short/long fartlek pick up paces for about 2 miles, 2 miles cool down jog. I'm thinking in all about 8 miles. Definitely hit the last few intervals hard - felt good after recovered!
