Comments:
i'm so over the whole running in the sand thing so i hit the roads...but literally every road around here is cobblestone and hilly. so i did 20 minutes just exploring all the various ways to run the same few winding roads, and eventually settled on a decent loop that was probably about 300 meters, halfway downhill and halfway uphill. ran the hill hard 3 times - like sprinting, and crested the hill each time with a 50 m hard sprint - then used the downhill part of the loop as recovery. exhausted and drowning in my own sweat, so i quit after half an hour.
