Comments:
warmed-up 15 minutes. got a bad bloody nose while stretching prior to the workout. Had to stand there for 15 or 20 minutes trying to get it to stop. lost a lot of blood and my legs got cold just standing there. jumped in on the pickups did: 2min,3min,2min,3min,2min,3min,3min all with 90sec joggging between. Felt pretty awful. Thought I was going to pass out at one point. couldn't get myself to push very hard. blaaaah.
