Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warmed-up for 15 minutes. did A1s on the course: 3000m(10:31), 1000m(3:23), 3000m(10:32), 1000m(3:21). The times were pretty good but I didn't feel with it--felt not aggressive at all, like a school bus. The last two were tough, but I felt like a patsy not going with keyser on them. buuuuh.

also, I ALMOST got another bloody nose after the warmup--luckily it didn't turn into one. And, I've been having stomach cramps/bloating during and after the workouts today and yesterday. Don't know why.
