Comments:
3 x 2 mile intervals at 15k race pace with 4 minutes recovery between intervals.
legs didn't feel like they had a tempo workout in them, but they gave what was asked of them, as usual. felt pretty good, considering how much i've been working and running, how little i've been sleeping, and how hilly this route was.
